Manuscript Engineering began with helping authors structure, refine, and communicate complex ideas clearly. Over time, I realised that many of the same core skills apply directly to resumes and CVs. Strong professionals often have substantial experience, but the challenge is presenting that experience in a concise, strategic, and readable way that matches what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for.
My background includes a double degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management, together with a Master of Project Management, and professional experience across complex organisations and major projects in multiple countries. I have also been involved in hiring, interviewing, and candidate selection, and have worked with recruitment agencies from both sides: as a candidate and as a hiring manager.
